It's not about hiking, but rather about slowing down, connecting with the natural environment, and reaping the physical and mental health benefits that arise from this gentle, intentional interaction with the forest.

6Day 5Nights Wellness Retreat
Recharge your well-being with daily morning Qigong, as we guide you through the slow, gentle, flowing movements, enhancing flexibility, and cultivating a sense of inner calm.
Experience Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing, it's the practice of immersing yourself in nature to enhance your well-being. It involves mindfully experiencing the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest, promoting relaxation and a deeper connection with the natural world.
There will be two mini workshops to take part in, Mindfullness in nature for well being and Self-massage to detox and relax the body. Daily moving meditation and breath-work are also optional to take part in. One day organic farm tour visit. Take part in activities as much or as little as you like.
Not to forget, you'll enjoy healthy whole food meals and fresh natural detox juices, all aligned with inner healing, making for complete mind and body wellness. This retreat provides participants with a brief yet transformative journey of rejuvenation and self-discovery

FAQ
When can I join a retreat?
An overnight retreat can be booked at anytime.
Our activities are daily so you can join at anytime.
If you are Solo-Retreater, you can join any activity at its starting time, and/or you can spend time alone.
A 2night/3day retreat can also be booked at anytime. It can be booked solo (1 person) or twin share (2 people) and join the group activities as you wish. You are also welcome to spend time alone.
Do I have to take part in the package activities?
No. The activities are all included in the package but are optional to take part in. You are welcome to take time for yourself and not take part in the activities.
What if I can't arrive before 4.30pm?
We highly recommend arriving before 4:30 pm to smoothly settle into the retreat, allowing your body and mind to unwind. Arriving later in the evening would result in missing the tranquil afternoon chill-out session.
Can I arrive early?
Yes, for sure. Check-in is anytime from 1pm onward. If you want to come earlier, it is also ok, but the room will not be ready to occupy until 1pm. But you are most welcome to come early and enjoy lunch in the restaurant and the garden surroundings.
Can couples do a retreat?
Yes sure. Our rooms have queen size beds. The retreat activities are set, although you are welcome to select what you wish to join in. There is also free time through out the day to spend personal time together. You are also welcome to stay longer and explore nearby tourist sites etc. Feel free to contact us for more information at anytime.

Can I get a refund if it rains?
If there is a typhoon the retreat can be canceled before you arrive, in which case you will get a 100% refund. If it rains while you are already here on the retreat, all activities can be modified to be done in areas undercover from the rain.
Can I visit some of the nearby sights
Yes it is possible, we can help arrange transport to the nearby Tarsier center and Chocolate Hills etc.
Do you offer port transfers?
Yes we can help assist you with transfer pickup from the seaports or the airport.
